- Sirve para realizar un enlace remoto
- Físicamente no es necesario esta frente al equipo
- desde la PC se configuran equipos remotos
- se controla via terminal CDM

Desde nuestra computadora remota que sera la PC1 la seleccionamos el escritorio (desktop) , seleccionamos Command Prompt
Tendremos que ingresar el comando telnet seguido de la ip de la red nos pedirá el password asi como el usuario una ves ingresados tendremos acceso al router al cual le podremos realizar las configuraciones pertinentes.
